By far the worst experience. How do you have a power store and have ONE salespersons working? Bob, was his name. Didn’t even bother to acknowledge my father and I. But proceeded to talk with other customers who came in after us. His desk lady, even pointed us out and said we was next. Do not shop here, you’ll get terrible or no service at all. Thanks for nothing, Bob. I do not recommend shopping at this power store. Travel further, and get better service in Columbus.

I really can’t believe some of the reviews I read about Bob he did nothing but take care of me I guess sometimes no matter what you do you can’t Make Some people happy I called him on the phone he gave me a price I came all the way from Michigan to pick up the machine when I got there I showed up at 10 o’clock he had me out the door by 11 I really appreciate the great service thank u bob

Never been disappointed! I drive past 3 dealers just to go see these guys because they know what they’re talking about and always seem to be ready to work on my can am or sell me upgraded parts

Please be aware!! Sales person Bob was very rude to me wanted to charge me $1500 for a pre order. I called the can am dealer in Jackson Ohio and all of the sales people was very nice and only charge $200 per pre order. I would not recommend sales person Bob at all!!
