Very friendly staff! Brook provided me with a complimentary fitness assessment. She was very thorough with me, answered all my questions, and explained everything in detail that’s easy to understand. She was very knowledgeable and most of all very passionate about her work and enthusiastic about helping people reach their goals. Perhaps the best customer service I've received in a long time.

I appreciate the size of this La fitness compared to others. It is a big gym, but is lacking in a few areas. I notice that the bathrooms get very dirty every weekend and the paper towel dispensers will be out. The gym is crowded at peak times and is in need of more equipment for compound movements. More squat racks are needed, and for any concerned: dumbbells only go up to 100 lbs. Respectfully, a gym this size should have a heavier set of dumbbells and more squat racks.

The only reason I ever get in the pool is I'm required to for my job. We contract to use the LA Fitness pool at this location. Over my six months the pool has made staff sick, it has algae blooms that continually pop up. They post the pool temperature of 86 degrees but the reality is the pool is 82.9 degrees. LA Fitness is notorious for not storing chemicals properly, having acid and chlorine in the same room next to each other with no spill containers. Again the only reason I ever get in is because I'm required to for work at this point it's an unsafe work condition that LA Fitness is aware of. I am a certified pool operator and I have never seen a pool that has such an algae problem and they ignore that it actually exists.

Nice place, haven't had any issues with theft here either. Workers are pretty nice to you too. Showers are fairly clean too. Only complaint is sometimes they run out of paper towels but if you tell them they will restock them I'm sure so not a big deal
