Stopped here today for lunch with my coworker. I pulled up to the speaker and said I had to orders and was told by a man that sounded annoyed to be there "one order per car", he said that was the rule. Maybe it is the rule if they're busy, but we were the only 2 customers there and the inside is closed. My theory is he is just lazy and wanted to go back to doing nothing. We went and spent our money elsewhere. I won't be stopping here again

I usually avoid this place like the plague. But.. it seems like they have new staff? I had the pleasure of speaking to Gina and Sarah today and my food was nice n fresh. Love me a whopper from time to time

This place is a disappointment. Yesterday when I visited, I ordered a #2 and the drive thu cashier told me that they didn’t have any fries and asked if I wanted onion rings. I told him thats fine. He asked what kind of drink I wanted, I told him that I wanted a chocolate shake, he said the shake machine isn’t working. I then asked for a sweet tea, he said they didn’t have tea. I asked for sprite and he said they didn’t have sprite. Luckily they had root beer. When I got to the window, I asked him if they stopped selling shakes because the machine has been down for months he said “yes” with attitude, as if he was annoyed at the question. Also I noticed that it looks like he did not wash his face that morning or brush his teeth. His appearance was very unkept. When I got my order, there was only a burger in the bag and no onion rings. I asked the lady who handed me my bag, about the onion rings and she told me that he did not charge me for onion rings only a burger and a large drink, and then she turned and walked away from the window. I thought that she was going to get the food so I sat there. I looked down at my phone for a few seconds and when I looked up she was looking at me from a distance. I asked her if she dropped onion rings in the grease already and she said “no I didn’t”. I just drove away. I’ve been having issues with that place for a year. Months ago I reported one lady to corporate who was extremely rude in the drive-through. That place has a dark & eerie feeling to it. Everyone is rude, unprofessional and seems to be in a trance 😵‍💫… I’ve never experienced this level of poor customer service. Not to mention I was sick when I woke up this morning. The burger meat was probably contaminated. I’m sure if they’re that unprofessional then they’re not clean. This place needs to be closed down or under a new manager

Why would you put pancakes on top of the hash browns and the bag it comes in. That’s nasty and then my pancakes are stuck to the bag. Not this location but the bee Burger King on Refugee at Hamilton Rd. They have been open 6 months and the location still doesn’t show on the maps. It’s hardly ever busy
