This Campground and their customer service is a JOKE. We made an impromptu reservation a few days prior to stay due to business in the area and were charged $725 for two weeks. When we got there we had a family emergency and stayed only ONE NIGHT. We left the next day, let the campground know and very nicely asked to be reimbursed for the remainder of our stay. They proceeded to tell us that we could only cancel the reservation ten days prior to our stay (well, funny this policy is IMPOSSIBLE if you are only booking a few days in advance!) I tried to even dispute the charge with my Credit Card company, because $725 for one night in a campground is CRAZY. I am highly disappointed with this policy and their lack of courtesy for a family emergency. POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS! I even offered to pay a THREE night Minimum , because it was a weekend and they didn't BUDGE! Warning to anyone making a reservation with this campground... their policy is you PAY IN FULL, and you can't cancel for any reason. This is definitely NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY CAMPGROUND

Great place to camp. They have a crazy amount of activities for the kids and plenty for adults to do as well. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. I was on the wait list for July 4th weekend and they called. Very glad we got in.

Campground is well maintained and the pools are nice. We stayed at the Gainville cabin and the area was very muddy and there were several raccoons. Playgrounds are great. Wish there were more trails and fishing available. The place is small enough that you don’t need a golf cart.

Stayed here for a few days in June 2022. Rented one of the park model trailers and was very happy with it. Clean, quiet, campground. We’ll positioned with lots of stores and restaurants within an easy drive. Everyone is very friendly. Kids and dogs all seem to be well behaved. Not much in the way of trails and the activities seem geared mostly for kids but I was here to relax and they met that goal perfectly. No place is perfect and some sites are larger or more exposed than others but I very much enjoyed my stay very much and we’re already making plans to come back.

It has a relaxing river, but it probably wouldnt be the best idea to go swimming in because of the hard rocks and gravel. Great to just look at or dip your feet in though!
