My husband and I just rented at the Redwood community in New Albany. I wanted to share my experiences as the some of the previous reviews truly do not reflect what is going on at the complex now. The leasing manager Jennifer Fry and the on site maintenance manager Tim have been nothing less than amazing! Every interaction we have had with Jennifer has been helpful and courteous. She has gone out of her way to make our downsizing temporary move a breeze. Tim has also been on top of taking care of the minor things we wanted done before move in. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to people. Thanks again Jennifer and Tim for making us feel so welcome!
