Horrible rude customer service in the drive thru. 6/26/22@ 10:25ish place my order. I spoke slowly and clearly so she could type it in w/o difficulty. She asked what are your sides.(I just told her) so I was a bit confused and I have a very slight hearing issue so, I said what? She yelled SIDES, then proceeded to YELL/spell it. S-I-D-E-S!!! Please show patience not everyone has perfect hearing. Her store Mgr and Regional Mgr need to do extra training with this staff member. The is my second bad experience with this location. I will not be back.

It’s KFC and what you’d expect is what you get. I’ve lived in the area for four years now and I’m just now mustering up the courage to even try it because the building looks terrible so suffice it to say… They’re drive-thru only currently which many places are due to staff shortages, but creates an even longer line. Staff were friendly and our order was accurate but I was surprised and disappointed to have to navigate such a confusing menu that I’m certain doesn’t have even close to half the options. My daughter said it was fine, which is about all it was. The Pepsi was phenomenal though.

Sat in drive thru line for 30 mins. When I pulled up to place order I was told they're closing. They're "out of chicken". I expressed my disappointment and the person on intercom started whining and complaining about management. A week later I shared my experience with the store and they informed me that person was upset due to staff shortages. Either way this KFC is showing poor management in staffing and handling customers. Updated April 2022: despite the bad night described above we went back for takeout. The service was good this time but the food was atrocious. Chicken tenders were old, cold, hard and nearly all batter. Not very edible. I'm done with KFC from poor service to lack of standards of food quality means I won't return to this location at Morse and Hamilton roads.

The manager is awesome, the women that work here not so much. They never say thank you or your welcome or have a nice day. Ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich combo but got a spicy sandwich and a half order of fries, the sandwich is too hot for me( I tried to just eat it but its too spicy) and I can't go back due to my break. I'm not happy! I've even gotten attitude bc a woman didn't hear me say no ice! The older woman smh I simply have to respect my elders bc nothing about her says customer service. Same lady rang me out twice for the same order prior. Manger fixed the issue for me, he is so professional. I'm not going back to this location.
