Very poorly managed , customer service more than dozen people waiting at pharmacy line only one person servicing both new prescriptions and already filled in pick up , manager does not bother about the long line and pharmacist also begged her for additional help she refused Don’t go to Berreyssa CVS for your prescriptions better change it to another pharmacy or location .

I don’t know if the reviewer‘s here actually know which store they’re reviewing. I’ve been going to the store for 15 years. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to get my prescription, there is always a minimum of two behind the counter. I have never had the store close in the middle of the afternoon. And they are not low on stock! This is actually a pretty good store, I’ve had absolutely no problems with the staff!

People work at this location are super rude. I came to pick up my prescription this afternoon pharmacy actually closed but I received couple texts from them that my med were ready to be picked up. Web said they are open 24/7 also the sign in front. Bunch of people like me waiting for someone to tell us something, so a guy came out from the back told us come back at 2pm,(now is 1.15pm). We asked him why closed, he actually told us we can go to some other pharmacy. That's customer service at this location .
