STUNNING, and what a fun little escape. First, I just want to say that all of the treehouses on the property were enchanting. I stayed at the Silver Bullet, which is their "airstream" treehouse. I thought there were going to be limited amenities, but I was wrong. The airstream had everything I needed, including firewood. Limited wifi, but I was able to pick up a few bars for calls (Verizon), and it really didn't bother me because the whole point was to get away and reconnect with nature. Overall, I had a great experience and can't wait to go back and stay there again!

Wow. This place really is beautiful. The room is gorgeous. We stayed in El Castillo! I wouldn't say it's in the treetops, but it's built in the trees. It's fun. The room was really pretty, as are the surroundings. I'm really glad we only stayed one night. We were there for a wedding. As one other guest put it, it's "all style and no substance." The bed was horrendous. For a room that cost as much as this one in such a beautiful loft, you'd think the bed would be of at least moderate quality. Instead I felt like I was sleeping on a prison slab. I hated it. Not to mention it's June, so air conditioning was a necessity. It was a standalone unit that had this insanely bright light. We managed to cover that only to have it make this loud thud noise every few minutes as it kicked on and off. It's one of the worst nights of sleep I've ever had. With a comfortable bed and air conditioning that didn't wake the dead, this would be 5 stars easily. To go along with the outdoor shower, the adorable swing below the treehouse, and the fire pit outside, man, it would have been amazing. It would be worth planning a vacation around. But in its current state, I hope no one else I know gets married here. Having said that, the staff was in redible as well. The venue itself was amazing and beautiful. If you don't plan on staying the night, it's absolutely worth planning your wedding here.

RACIST, this venue has been extremely difficult to work with, would not communicate and would not take our deposit when we tried to offer it. We tried to overlook that and book it anyway, on a date that is still open in their calendar, they wanted to speak with my fiancé first before they would let us book, (because she has a Hispanic name) then when they were on the phone the owner told my fiancé they would not be a good “fit” for us, and we should look into other venues, regardless of the date still being open. DO NOT USE THIS VENUE!

I gave this a four out of five because I have some pros and cons of staying here. So, I'll start out with the pros: the property is BEAUTIFUL. Seriously breathtaking, and the views are to die for. I left here with so many pictures of just the skyline from our swing bridge. This is an experience you're not going to get at a hotel, it's something new and fun and adventurous and you will find that little piece of spontaneity and thrill seeking you're looking for in a trip here! The cons: We got this for half price due to a sale but I do think I would have been a little discouraged had I paid full price (in off season), while it genuinely is lovely the treehouse is a little small. The bathroom is very small and has a small shower. There is no microwave. The loft is located up a ladder and the slant of the tin shed makes it very easy to hit your head even if you're short. I also would HEAVILY recommend 4 wheel drive in the winter, the cell service is spotty and there are many chances to get stuck. These are just some functionality things I'd like to note. That being said, I still would recommend this place 100 times. It's a treehouse, you're paying for the outdoors and the feeling of being secluded and this is definitely a swing and a homerun from the owners. They have my vote!
