Perfect getaway location in Amish country for couples. Rooms are clean and there's a view if you get one of the rooms with a balcony. Feeding the fish was fun. No cell reception for T-Mobile, but there's free WiFi. The entrance was a little difficult to find and the room won't open after trying three times, it turned out to be a dead battery.

Hello, I reserved off a block of rooms for my wedding on April 23rd.The rooms themselves were beautiful and taken care of, this is the only reason you received a star. At the end of my night, I returned to the resort later at night to check into my room. I was greeted by the rudest front desk employee that I've ever had the privilege of coming into contact with, she was absolutely rude to every single one of my guests and had the nerve to give my guests attitude because they were part of our wedding party. If you are reading this, I am the easiest going person and never rarely complain about anything. Because of this front desk employee I will never upsell this hotel and/or book rooms at their location again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN COMPLETELY RUIN THE EXPERIENCE.

Stayed here many times in the past. Typically excellent accommodations. This time our room had no telephone and burned out light bulbs. Not what we usually experience. Also pool is closed at certain hours for swimming classes. Makes me feel like I'm not getting my money's worth. However still serves excellent breakfast. Appears might be confusion amongst staff if we were supposed to reserve a time slot or not. Still debating if we should try another location.

The rooms were nice...but if you want a warm shower in the morning or a hot bath in the evening, you're out of luck. Luke warm at best...front desk said it was because everyone was using hot water at the same time (it's a hotel!) The breakfast area was crowded and too small to accommodate the amount of people that stay here, at least on the weekends. Maybe it's better through the week when it's less full. Staff were very friendly.
