This location is the definition of disappointment. For the past couple months they’ve been out of almost everything every time I’ve gone here. The drive through is a joke, i sit there for at least 30 minutes without movement before i give up and leave. Going inside is even bad, they’re taking care of the drive through before the people inside. Idk how there’s never any movement in the drive through even after this. Disappointing.

I picked up a bucket using the drive through a couple of weeks ago. I had a great experience. The food was fresh and hot and my order was right. Maybe they have learned from some of these bad reviews? Well done!

As the next person to order, I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The woman who was working the line completely ignored me. If they were too busy, she should have asked for my patience. Say something. I left

When leaving, you have to check your food because 9/10 your order is wrong or items are missing. This time, I had some type of fungus growing out of my chicken. I arrived at this location 30 minutes after they opened. My chicken was not hot (not even warm), it was hard, and my biscuit was not desirable as well. I came in to return it. I waited 10 minutes for someone (who I assume was the manager or the only person with access to the front cash register). She came, looked at the receipt that I had given to the person before her, didn’t even acknowledge me, opened the register, put the money on the counter for the refund and was about to walk away before I said something to her. Another manager called to “apologize” about the situation but she tried to debate me stating there’s no way the chicken could not have been fresh when I received it because they never give out old chicken. So, I asked why was my chicken cold and hard (not to mention the stuff growing out of it), when I arrived 30 minutes after they opened. It had to be from the night before or longer. She couldn’t answer and had an attitude the rest of the call and kept stating “that’s not possible…we don’t serve old chicken…that’s not possible. I don’t know what you want me to do.” This location needs a lot of help.

No buffet. You can sit. Take out or drive thru. A little pricey but good food. I prefer extra crispy and my husband prefers the bowl.
Since I didn't receive any napkins, plastic utencils, or my dipping sauce, I refuse to give up an answer!
