I walked in shortly after 9a and was greeted by Johnny who was able to schedule me later at noon the same day. From the time I sat down he was kind, fair and truly passionate about helping me open a new account. Johnny is a wealth of knowledge and I can tell he honestly cares about not only PNC but also helping others. I opened an account and walked out feeling like I left a class because he answered ALL MY QUESTIONS + MORE. I am a new & happy customer. Thank you Jonny you are truly amazing and made the process very simple and not painful at all! He was VERY patient.
