Very beautiful place. With scenic views that are quite spectacular. Although it is a good idea to get there early in the day. Around noon or there afterwards the sea fog starts to roll in and then you can't see much of anything!

Beautiful area with short hike to the beach. It is notably well maintained even the restrooms were clean. Handful or picnic tables and interesting, large, porous rock. Even with parking nearly full, beach experience felt private enough with everyone spread out.

Good beach with fairly easy access, public restroom. Interesting rock formations.

Look close, there’s life everywhere. Great caves and coves to explore. Be sure to look up Circles in the Sand, which happens here, almost daily, through the summer. Just a magical and really fun thing to be part of. The boys loved it.

Mr. Fowler called it, depends on month, time and luck. China Creek a good bet...same, same but pay attention to the "Snowy Plover" 🐕 restrictions. Be nice to the beach!!

Well actually as i understand it from China creek headed south there are no leashes required but from China creek Northb towards bandon they are required. I believe there isa sign at the threshold of the trail/beach at China creek... But to answer your question i think its a combination of not caring and thinking their dog is well enough behaved so they ignore the rules and mix in a whole lot of people who simply are not informed. What i wanna know it's why go through the process off picking your dogs waste and bagging it and tying it all nice and then leaving it on the beach instead of throwing it away on the way out.....
