Called in to ask if they had any available apartments the lady that answered was completely rude, I didn’t go any further than that conversation because I knew I would have to deal with that during my lease. Need a better apartment manager or office worker.

leaky windows for years. in the living room, bedroom and my bathroom ceiling had water issues, in two places. its a great feeling having cold water drip on you to help you wake up when youre going the bathroom in the morning. things never got fixed in a timely manner. had cosmetic damage in my bathroom until i moved out once they got the leaking under control. never got any discount or anything off of rent for the water issues. ooh didnt have hot water for like a week too, while they 'replaced ' the tank. total joke. wouldn't recommand anyone to go here unless it's your last choice.
