I have been taking both my cars here for several years. Definitely recommend! Plus they adapted to Covid-19 very well to make you feel safe.

Made an online appointment at 9am this morning. Arrived at my scheduled time and after waiting 15 minutes for an attendant, a rep came out of the back office. As it turns out, my reservation wasn’t in the system. The rep barks out a series of questions, huffing and puffing between each and finally says in a surprised manner, “are you waiting for it?!” Mind you, I’d been there 20-25 minutes at this point, so I asked, how long does it take. The guy barks at me, “Well, we’re trying to eat lunch.” At that point, I just left. I made me reservation, I showed up within 10 minutes of the start of my reservation and I was understanding. I didn’t deserve to be treated this way. I am never going back and I will post this review on every review site I know.

I will never go to another tire store!! After packing up our car to move at 5:30pm, we realized we had a nail in our tire. Mr. Tire was the only place that agreed to take a look on such short notice and fixed it by 6pm! They turned a bad day into a good day! Wonderful customer service and I really trust these guys!! 10000/10 stars!

I highly recommend Mr Tire in Northfield for all your car maintenance. I’ve been going there for years and have never been disappointed. Dave, store manager, is honest, fair, knowledgeable and only recommends what needs to be done and Rick is an excellent mechanic. During this pandemic Dave is following all necessary protocol for everyone’s safety. He takes extra precautions to be sure everything is sanitized between visits as well as protects cars with seat covers, floor mats and steering wheel covers. Next time your car needs service Mr Tire is the place to go!
