If I could give 0 stars, I would. Where to start… I made a appointment through the official Verizon website for this 3rd party store. This was the only place to get new phone within 3 hours of my rental(was traveling and phone broke). I get to Victra Verizon at my appointment time and manager tells me the appointment aren’t really real? So I end up waiting a 1hr 30 mins to talk to someone. Then when I get up manager and the only associate helps me and says they can’t take my Verizon account password? Given anytime I have gone to a REAL Verizon store it’s fine. Next they start talking about accessories and the more I get, the bigger the discount. If I get 4 accessories I get the biggest. So I did that and asked to make sure discount included, I was told yes. So why wouldn’t I believe them? I get to my rental which again is a far drive. And no discount whatsoever. These people must be commission and even the manager is in on it! I did not drive back for that $120 saving, not worth another long bad experience or my time. Only reason I stayed is because I’m out of town with no phone for a week. BEWARE of this store.

I went in to switch over 3 lines of service and add an account. The employees went above and beyond to find me the best deal and walked me through the whole process, answering all my questions. Great team!!

Very pleased with my experience here. It was the fastest I have ever been able to walk in and out of a Verizon related business with a new phone. Alexander was a pleasure to deal with and knew his products and services down to the T. The only ding and wasn't their fault at all, was that they are very limited on their instore products, but can quickly get get product from Portland. All in all, I walked out very pleased

The girl that helped me was very good! she was not pushy and did not try and sell me stuff I didn't want! It was a way better experience then the time before I was there and help by a different employee.
