We bought our new Indian motorcycle today and the staff was nothing short of amazing. This is my 2nd purchase from this location and if I wear out this new bike I will certainly be back there for my next purchase. Shout out to our salesman Kris....Kris also went the extra mile and due to ice and weather he delivered our new bike to our house and spent as much time as I needed to get familiar with all of the onboard electronics and misc. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience clear down to financing where they got us an interest rate we couldn't pass up. We will be back on Saturdays for a ride! I want to take the time to say since my purchase we have been in a few times for more merchandise and other items and Kris and Mike have been so helpful, fun to talk to and accommodating. Man the parts department here is unbelievable! I was looking for black passenger floorboards and head dress pads for my 2021 Chieftain Elite. The floorboards didn't even show as an option in black, at least not for me anyway. Not only was this parts department able to get black floorboards they already had them in stock along with the head dress pads I was looking for, that is until I took the last set of both anyway. The parts guy made sure I got the pin kits and everything I needed before we got off the phone he was beyond helpful. I also need to mention that all of this was over the phone from a state away and after multiple calls to other dealerships that said this combination of parts was either not available or not an option so this dealership earned a loyal customer when it comes to parts.
