Our sales person, Steve Dawe, was amazing. The first time we came in he greeted us, asked if we had any questions, told us where he would be if we had questions and left us to look around. We looked around a bit asked him some questions about a sectional, how long pricing was good, delivery costs, etc… We looked at a few more stores over the course of a week and came back today (5/7/2022). He greeted us again and remembered us ‘You’re back!’. He quickly answered our additional questions, gave us pricing, including delivery, extended coverage, etc… We decided to move ahead with the purchase on the spot and couldn’t be happier with our experience so far.

Walker's Furniture is the only store we go to for our furniture needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the selection is outstanding, the pricing is fair and reasonable, and their follow-up customer service is great. I highly recommend them for any furniture needs you may have.

The sales staff here is courteous and gives you space to look around without following you around like a lost puppy. There does seem to be some confusion regarding inventory. The people who delivered our furniture had their pants sagging, we were not impressed. They need to employ their own delivery staff in my opinion. Nice store though. Has a good atmosphere.

We are so pleased with our experience with walkers. Over the summer we purchased a living room and bedroom group from Forrest. He was both professional and knowledgeable about products. He was honest and upfront about lead times and exceeded our expectations. A few months after our initial purchase no fault of walkers we had an issue with our bedroom set and ended up returning and purchasing a different set from them. Again Forrest was so great to work with and made the exchange so easy for us. Not only are the in store employees great to work with but the delivery went very smooth as well. The gentlemen who removed our old and delivered our new set were very polite and despite having to move two sets of solid wood furniture up and down stairs to a second floor master there were absolutely no complaints! They truly worked so hard to get all of those pieces up our stairs it was incredible to watch. We are so happy with all of our interactions with walkers and will continue to do business with and recommend them to others.
