Bryan is AWESOME!! My wife and I recently moved to the area from Arizona and were looking for a complete home furniture replacement, higher end and unique. We visited no less than FIFTEEN furniture stores in the Coeur d Alene/Spokane area. Upon arriving at Koerner's I was greeted by Bryan and told him that I had emailed Mary S. for a quote on a Stanton sectional. He informed me that Mary S. was off for the next two days and EASILY could have left it at that, 99% of employees/salesman would have. But Bryan is different, he addressed me respectfully by my name and ask if he could go look up the email I sent to Mary S. so he could help me. That is exactly what he did. He then was a great resource in helping me choose a fabric and complimentary pillow cover. I never felt pressured or hurried, Bryan is simply an awesome employee and definitely one in a hundred. Koerner Furniture was lucky to have hired him, and I was lucky to have meet him.
