As an employee of Orchard Crest, I can personally vouche that the owners are fantastic people. If you are a hard working, loyal employee, they are loyal to you. They care about the residents like they were their own family. No place is perfect, but I’ve never worked for a place that tries so hard to be better, not just for themselves but for others. I’m proud to work for this company.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this retirement home at all! My grandparents attended Orchard Crest for a little while and it was the absolute worst place! Karen (the head nurse) in assisted living yelled at my grandparents while family was present! She was insensitive and rude. There were multiple occurrences my grandparents did not receive their meal. There was a lack of consistency with the nurses checking in on a supposed “regular” schedule. Do your loved ones a favor and do NOT have them go to Orchard Crest Retirement!

I would not recommend working here, the dns and all the nurses are two faced and don't care about there employees. They just want to tire you out and the drama is riduclicuos.

The only place I would trust to have my mom live whether the retirement community or the assisted living. Their many fun group activities, outings and celebrations promote physical and mental/emotional health for those who wish to participate. You can always hear laughter and see smiles wherever you are. The staff truly cares for their residents and their families and takes pride in making sure all who live at Orchard Crest feel as they are part of a caring neighborly community.
