Been here 4 years and been here happily no issues raised my children here no problem, management was changed about the time I got here in 2017..so all those negative reviews older than 4 years ago don't apply here in this case, Manager and team are polite and always addresses my issues right away, they always give you 72 hours notice if they need to do an inspection of smoke detectors, they are strictly by the book and follow all guidelines

(Beware if moving in with kids) to explain that there is many bullies that are kids in that area as I’ve dealt with them myself so again beware of your kids if your thinking of moving in with kids any time soon

The answer is, do not stay here. I moved in with broken utilities, bugs, and obnoxious neighbors. I recently moved out, thank God, and it's been night and day different. The doors do NOT close quietly so if you enjoy the sound of slamming doors all day I guess you will be okay. I also have never lived anywhere that has charged me so much to move out. They meant tempt you with a low deposit, but they already know they are going to charge you for carpet cleaning and painting later. Every other place I have lived understands this and they have professional cleaning and painting factored into their own expenses. I've never been charged upwards of 800 dollars after my last rent check for moving out. Considering I was overseas half the time I lived there it is obscene. Do yourself a favor a skip this atrocity. There are better places right next door!

This place is a joke... I've been living here for 5 months and I can't wait to move out. My first month living here my door mat was stolen, I went to talk to the office personnel and ask them if I could install a camera in my front door and they told me that if I make holes on the wall I had to cover them when I moved or I had to pay some fees. Second the neighbors are very loud, they are always slamming the doors even if it's 3:00 and 4:00 in the morning, me and 2 other neighbors made a complaint, but nothing has changed. Third my washer and dryer is not working right and has been leaking for 3 weeks, they came one time to fix it but my husband and I were working, so they couldn't come in because of my dog. I went to the office to let them know that my husband is off on Mondays well that was two weeks ago and they haven't came to fix it. Every time I use the washer the carpet gets wet, but I think they don't care. The last thing is I parked in the visitor's parking space and they put a boot on my car, and now I have to pay $115.00 to get it removed and the thing is there were 3 other cars with resident stickers and they decided to put the boot in my car only. I parked in the visitor's parking, because I was waiting for my brother in law who was coming to visit us, and wanted to save him spot. This community has 20 something buildings and each building has like 9 apartments and only 6 visitor's parking spots, yes I said 6... Plus we have to rent another parking spot, because they only assigned us 1 parking spot. My friends and my family always have to park a 1 mile away every time they come to visit us. So my Christmas bonus was used to pay the ridiculous fee. I gave this place 2 star, because the community itself is pretty.
