I came to this location of "Aqua Clean Car Wash" with the hopes of a decent enough wash to remove the paint that had previously gotten onto my car. The people working at the desk at the time had up-charged me for a foolish mistake that clearly shows their non-dedication to serving people with their full abilities. We paid for the extra service and still had our car coming out in a terrible shape. I expect the employers while reading this acknowledges their improper work ethic and should be considered lucky that we didn't confront you at the time. Best regards, I expected better.

This place is horrible and doesn’t care about you or your car. I dropped off my car for a car wash and then came back to pick it up only to notice my whole entire windshield was cracked. Just like anyone else I was outraged. The general manager LOU who did not want to give me his name In the first place - so I had to ask my wife for it - was not helpful at all. LOU didn’t even say sorry to me and show any sympathy of what happened. LOU just pointed to his liability policy paper acting as I was a deaf person and he wanted to portray himself of not knowing to speak English or whatever. and said he couldn’t do anything. After going back and forth fighting for my damaged property- He said he can show me the cameras but then last minute didn’t show them to me cause it seems like he was trying to hide something. After watching the camera we can see that the crack occurred while inside the car wash machine. LOU said he will talk to his general manager and get back to my wife and not me cause he is afraid to talk to me. LOU also didn’t have a business card or any contact information and was difficult to get any contact information from him. How can I work with someone who cracked my windshield when he doesn’t even want to give me his name and number. Shady and sketchy right? But LOU Is his name general manager if he cracks anymore windshield. Sharks to the max! No sympathy at all for their actions!

My car came out worse than when I went in! Every time I come, my truck is never attended to properly. I sit there and watch them dry it and literally only 1-2 people work on my lifted truck while other small cars have 3-4 people working on them. By the time they dry one side of my truck the other side is already dry! Look at this picture of my back window, they sprayed window cleaner and forgot to clean it off! I had to go back there and clean it myself. There was small pieces of trash on my dash, and the seats were not vacuumed. Not coming back here again.

Javier aka the guy who checks your vehicle in is amazing. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and his unmatched memory of the vehicles and his suggestions of what I would need is far superior than any other people who’ve been in the position when he’s not at work. I am always in a great mood after talking to him and he sets the tone for the business and I’ve yet to be disappointed and I truly feel he doesn’t plan on disappointing anyone. He is the pinnacle of customer service and you should never let this guy go and surely compensate him for the level of excellence he brings to the table. Yes the other portion of the team is great but he is by far the gold star winner of the year.
