Live in Airway Heights, for the 3rd time in a row, our block has been bypassed on a non-recycle week. When we called about it, the driver deliberately lied and marked that our trash can was not out, when we put out our trash can the night before and have Ring doorbell evidence that our trash can was out and they drove by TWICE with out service. My bill will be divided in half, if I don't start getting weekly service like I am paying for.

Installed cameras on trucks so started enforcing extra charges for "overfilled" cans i.e. lids not being fulled closed despite not doing so for the previous 25 years. If they miss a scheduled pick-up (happening almost weekly) or don't fully empty a can, no offer of a credit, they just expect the customer to workaround their failure.

We received service from Waste Management in Duvall WA for over two decades. Was set up on autopay and paperless billing. When we moved I notified them and yet they still billed and collected for months that we did not live there. After multiple emails they finally closed the account and issued a credit. When it wasn't refunded as promised I reached out again and was promised it would be mailed out. It has been close to a year since we have moved and still no refund check. Their service was fine. Their accounting department is abysmal. I could never recommend.

Pickup of yard waste has not been occurring weekly for April and May. I also put food scraps in my yard waste. The lack of consistency in pickup is resulting in the creation of flies as well as the smell generated by food waste festering in the yard waste can. I understand that occasionally a pickup is missed but this is happening every other week. I shouldn't have to pay for a service I am not getting and seriously considering canceling my service. The lack of service is unacceptable.

$10 for 350 lbs or less $20 for 350 lbs or more
I’m not sure where you would purchase them but usually the wheels are the first thing to break down
The schedule shows pick up will be as normal, no delay
It's not a dump. Waste Management parks their trucks there.
I believe it has started now.
Yes
Yes
No
Don't believe so. But not sure.
Same as your garbage day
Yes but not thru WM. You will have to take it to a scrap yard
If you talking about clean green it's on now weekly.
Yes
Just call waste management they will be very happy to help you get a new one
No
Put it out by your garbage or in your yard waste bin. If it's over 6 feet tall it needs to be cut in half
It can go in either yardwaste or garbage, but it has to be cut in half
Monday wasn't a holiday for us. We are on our normal schedule
I think the Riverview district is Solid waste management I don't think it's waste management
I have no clue on that one sorry. But you could try a recycling center?
Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) can be dropped off free of charge at the Spokane County Regional Solid Waste Disposal sites. Materials that are considered HHW include: Any products that may be labeled "danger", "warning", or "caution" Automotive products (oil, antifreeze, gasoline, etc.- limit 5 gallons per visit) CFL and fluorescent light bulbs (limit 10 bulbs per visit) Paints, except latex and water-based paints (limit 15 gallons per visit) Batteries Cleaning products Herbicides, pesticides Needles/syringes/sharps Solvents (limit 5 gallons per visit) Thermostats or thermometers that contain mercury
I think so I've seen them there and in with the trash also
I believe you would call either spokane county or the city of spokane
Yes. No pickup. You can take to the transfer station.
Picked up the 1st week of the month Dec, Jan & Feb. Weekly pick up begins March
The city has an easement up to the sidewalk. If the cans interfere with vehicle traffic, parking, or padestrian traffic they will take issue with it.
They provide 2 sizes. The small one holds 40-50 gallons.
I always get someone on the phone. Do you go through the prompts? They still suck though. Our problem isn't getting someone on the phone but getting them to find our account.
