The payee services worker wont return phone calls. There for the co-pay that is owed to a facility hasn't been paid and the persons phone has been shut off due to her not paying his stuff. Absolutely horrible business

I went there for a SNAP energy assistance appointment, but was also able to go to the clothing bank and get a same day appointment for the food bank. They have lots of services under one roof! Sara at the front desk was very helpful.

Thank you for your generosity, Andrew! Food donations can be dropped off between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at our Food Bank (west side of the building) at our location (10814 East Broadway Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99206).
Thanks for posting this question, Shannon! In most circumstances, we are not able to assist with phone payments. Please contact us, however, at 509.927.1153 and ask to speak with David. He can answer further questions about this.
Yes, they asked me today if I needed cat or dog food as I was going through the food bank. Note: food bank now is by apappointment only.

Thanks for reaching out, Roni! Our services are limited to residents of Greater Spokane Valley; however, we can refer you to other organizations that can assist based on your location. Please call us: 509.927.1153.
The Partners doesn't help much with rent; they have an emergency box of food for the homeless, plus they have a good food box for Spokane Valley residents. They also have a clothing bank and diapers.
Thursday appointments are for seniors & DISABLED. I think they open @ 11 am & close @ 1 pm. Call main # for an appointment, sometimes they fill up fast so you may not get in this week, unless it is an emergency situation. There is also a clothing bank open during some of the food bank hours. They also carry a few household items.
No they are closed for Martin Luther King day
Please call us at 509.927.1153, Patricia! If you live in Spokane Valley, we can help.
Emergency boxes are available to those people.just check in and ask i would assume or call them
Best time to call for appointments is Mondays or Tuesdays because they see people on Wednesdays. Appointments can fill up fast so call early in the week. If you are elderly/disabled then your appt will be Thursday.
Thanks for posting this question, Cynthia! We do limit our services to residents of Greater Spokane Valley; however, we are here to help all families as MUCH as possible, so if you have a specific circumstance or an unusual situation, please feel free to call us or stop in and chat.
