I don't usually rate, comment on, or visit places in this fast casual category but I recently revisited Denny's and I have to say that they are worth a visit. Their 100% lean beef burgers are THE BEST. There's something about 100% lean beef and quality meat that you can taste the difference, and it digests easily. The only downside is that it leaves you wanting more. Denny's is a much better option for a great, healthy, burger than Burger Lounge, The Habit, or one of these other fancy places. They also have the best shakes, and THE BEST strawberry shake in town - period. No one is better, and I've been everywhere sampling shakes, and rolled tacos (which they don't have). They are also, ALWAYS, extremely clean including the bathrooms. If you forgot about Denny's you should think about going back.

Tried to order my drink asked for sweet tea was told they didn't have it so I said that's fine I'll take lemonade. I was in the restroom and had the wrong drink brought so my friend asked them to correct it ordered my food and asked for honey mustard with it at the time of ordering. Food got there and asked again and was now told they didn't have any, rather than telling me at the time of the order. Waitress seemed to be all over the place with there only being 2 other tables at the time. Didn't touch my food, waitress never came back by to check on the table. So in short paid for a lunch I didn't even eat.

If it were possible to give 0 stars it would be a more accurate rating. I understand when a business is busy it’s difficult to attend all of their customers. However, I chose to do my order online and go the curbside pick up route. My food was NEVER delivered to my car. There’s a list of instructions to follow. I followed them and called multiple times for them to NEVER pick up. If you can’t do curbside pickup then don’t offer it. I went inside due to the fact that I never received a response by phone and they were rude. As I waited one of their employees asked me if I was picking up an order. I was trying to explain the situation and instead of listening I was rudely directed to the pickup section. I showed them my order and when I was reaching to grab the food the employee mockingly said, “Be careful it’s heavy,” as if I couldn’t hold a bag myself. To top it all off, my order wasn’t full correct. Not the first time I’ve had this experience.
