Worst experience ever, website didn't work for take out orders when I called to place a take out order they said they only take them in person or on the website so I drove there and put my order in and asked the waitress to call me when it was done as I wanted to wait in my car due to the crowd she said she would but didn't I went inside to check on it 30 minutes later to find out it had been done for a while then when I got home with it the portions were super tiny and the order was all wrong and I didn't get the meatballs that I ordered. She even wrote them down on the ticket but she forgot to ring them in. And to top it off one of the dishes was supposed to come with sauce and mushrooms and didn't have either just some grated cheese

Sooo... The good: 1. excellent wait staff (attentive and friendly but not overbearing) 2. Love the decor: brick, paintings, velvet furniture, chandeliers 3. The fresh baked bread and whipped butter is GD delightful, I could absolutely gorge on this 4. Anytime I've made a reservation, no matter how crowded, I get in at my reservation time. 5. The facility is completely nut free (and for anyone with a nut allergy, this is a relief) 6. I love the menu option of having multiple sauces with my pasta. It's a great way to try new things, or mix flavors that compliment each other The Average: 1. tomato based pasta sauces tasted tinny, a true sign they are not homemade, nor long cooked, as is proper 2. The salad is literally bag mix and croutons which I don't consider a legitimate salad, I expect tomato, cucumber, & onion at minimum (good dressing though).3. The Caesar salad is $2 more per meal and is the cheaper salad mix but with Caesar dressing. Baffling. The bad: the bathroom (male & female) is one toilet each for a very popular packed restaurant and was quite dirty (both of them) and lacking toilet paper. This is a red flag to me for a restaurant. Staff should be ensuring your bathrooms at an eatery don't have pee on the floor and are well stocked with toilet paper. If that is how you keep your bathroom, I become concerned about how your kitchen's cleaning standards are. I went to Trader Joe's afterwards and their bathrooms were impeccable. No reason a grocery store should have cleaner bathrooms than a restaurant... 2. When it has been busy my food has been brought before I've even eaten half my salad (not a huge deal), and has been consistently lukewarm at best (definitely a big deal). This implies you didn't even warm my food up properly because the kitchen was rushing, and the food here is not cheap enough for those kind of mistakes to be happening repeatedly. Overall, after giving them multiple chances, I simply will not be coming back again

Door dashed some spaghetti. It literally tastes like chef boyardee from a can, lightly drizzled on a mountain of noodles. Who the heck is eating this stuff??? I can taste the metal from the can. Why in the hell is this place rated so highly??? You could get better spaghetti from a Chinese buffet. Seriously.

I had the crab ravioli, and it was all right but I've never had crab before so I didn't have anything to base it off of. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful! I like the whole atmosphere this place offers! The salad that came with the meal was a very generous portion. I especially liked the Italian soda and it came with a complementary glass to have as a keepsake! And to top or all off you get ice cream for dessert after your meal! I'm definitely going to be going here on date night in the future! 😉 P.s. I apologize for the upside-down menu, I tried to flip the pic but it told me I couldn't edit it for some reason.

Answered my own questions: Railcar tables seat only 4. Reservations help but you'll probably get a seat there even without.
Almost every meal comes with ice cream i always get spumoni but I think they have other flavors too.
Paid parking across the street, around the back or if you're lucky you can get a meter right outside the restaurant.
Prices were between $12-17 a plate but every meal came with side salad or soup plus fresh bread and a dish of ice cream at the end. We enjoyed it.
Haha you've served tables 🤣 highly unlikely leaving a dollar, if you had served tables you would know people are new sometimes, 1 dollar big spender, douchee bag.
Face mask required, no dine in last time I was there. Take out only
I know they have a points program now, but I dont believe anything special for birthday dinners.
There are 2 handicap spaces right by the front door
In the parking lot north of the restaurant on the Opposite side of the street
Drop in is fine
We had a group and it was on one bill. Some paid in cash. One couple used Debit. One Couple Visa and we used American Express. There was no problems.
Yes. It is wheelchair accessible but only the top floor. They also have a banquet room which is located downstairs.
No ,but in the bar they do
Also, parking at the meters in the city is free after 7 and free all day on Sunday.
The one in Seattle is closing, but I haven't seen anything about Spokane.
