I think it's amazing that there is just a store for people with wide or thin feet. especially when I have been to over half if not more of the shoe stores in Spokane and none of them sell shoes that won't make my feet bleed, and none (unless custom boots) have the possibility to stretch them to fit better. Amazing service when I went there. unfortunately, after wearing the shoes once outdoors and a total of twice, I knew it would make my ankles bleed if not give me tendinitis. So when I took them back to exchange them she said they were to dirty and that an insole was missing but she said I will exchange them if I found the insole. she said that about five times and my response was I never took the one insole out and i don't know where it is. her response was only don't worry you will probably find it at home. I don't even know if the shoe had the insole and at this point all I can think is either she took it out and forgot to put it back in or because it was a "show shoe" (one was on the wall and the other was in its box in the back) it for some reason didn't have the insole in it. I would be willing to pay for the insole knowing I never took it out just so I can get a pair a shoe that don't make me regret having feet. in conclusion the store is kind of like McDonalds make sure to check your order before you leave. Update: I have moved and did not find the insert and at this point I'm sure she removed it.

Finally! A real shoe store. They even have a 'Brannock' device to measure your feet. Not just painted foot prints on the floor. Carmella was so great to us and really knows her stuff. Thanks again.

The best experience I have ever had buying shoes, hands down!! Carmella was the perfect sales person. She knows her stuff and showed me so many shoes. I bought two pair. Thanks Carmella for all your help! So worth the hour and a half drive to get good shoes.

Sorry I have not heard of that brand. Ron Rizzuto
Thank you, We are still following the States guidelines, social distancing and mask wearing. Ron Rizzuto
Thank you, I'm Ron Rizzuto the owner of Rizzuto's Wide Shoes & SAS shoes. We have 4 over sized return policy signs in our store. 2 are placed at eye level where our customers sit and try shoes on. We want to be 100% transparency on our return policy. The other 2 sign are place on the mirror behind the check out counter and above our shoe lace display. For (RF) I feel it is more then fair to take back the worn shoes that I cannot sell again and ask to exchange you into another style of shoes. Years ago the shoe manufacturers would take all the shoes back and give us full credit we lost nothing. Today the shoes company's will not even think of taking back a worn shoe just because the shoe didn't fit our customer. We will never talk people into buying shoes. We tell our customer if the shoes are not comfortable do not buy them.We do this because we do not want them back. We actual talk people out of buying shoes because the shoes are not fitting properly and again we don't want them back.
Thank you, You want a shoe that is adjustable, no-slip on styles. You want to take your time and find a style that prompts comfort, balance and sure-footedness. Your body will tell you when you have the right style on. It doesn’t have to be a diabetic shoe. Again no slip-on styles. Ron Rizzuto
Sorry to say we can't find them wide enough... Ron Rizzuto
Thank you...Because 80% what we mail out to our online shopper came back because of fit issues...so I paid $13.00 to get it to the customer then paid another $13.00 for them to return it to us....a loss of $26.00 on every return....and that's not including all the ones that need to go back to the manufacture that's another $13.00 plus restocking fees... Your returns can only be around 10% to make money....Nordstrom's is run at 40% returns, they wont give it up because of all the other big stores are still doing it....So for business selling fitted items their is really no money...Right now I'm working 3 jobs to keep my employee's and my business going. I totally understand the distance. If you needing another pair of something you have give us a call, we would love to help you. Thank you Ron Rizzuto
