I set up an appointment for 8:30 am and arrived at 8:20. I wasn’t helped till 9:00 and was told it would be about about 2 hours. Didn’t leave the dealership till 1200.

Terrible, terrible service, I had to call multiple times (at least 10) over a 4 week period to get an appointment for service and ordering of one part of which they wanted me to pre pay for and they would not confirm it is the same item on my vehicle!!! Every time I left a message I did not get a call back, when I would finally speak with someone and they would say they would call back to confirm items they never did. I should have taken my vehicle to a different Cadillac dealer and not have given them so many chances! Absolutely unacceptable customer service and disorganized they tell you one thing today and a different thing tomorrow! If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

I brought my car in to have 2 key fobs reprogrammed. Costing a few hundred dollars. I happily paid. Upon picking up my car, the battery was dead. A technician removed the battery cover, jumped the car, then SLAMMED THE HOOD DOWN WITH THE BATTERY COVER STILL ON THE ENGINE MANIFOLD! This caused several hundred dollars in damage that they would only fix IF I PAID THEM FOR THE DAMAGE THAT THEIR TECH CAUSED. Wow, it's a wonder why they are struggling after a BBB score of F for a litany of similar predatory business practices. What a shameful business. Get your act together MKB.

If I could give 10 stars I would ! Oscar Monroy was beyond helpful even when my schedule was busy he always made sure I got an update on my car . Definitely needs a raise , promotion and acknowledgement. I have never experienced the kind of service this man gave . You could tell his passion is their. Thank you so much . Much appreciated . Definitely a prestige dealership.
