I had a great experience at this store. Employees quickly helped with my original task (returning internet equipment). I also asked about a box size I had been looking for everywhere and the woman helping me happily checked and they had the box. Then I needed to print a USPS label and was going to go there after to mail my package but the other woman who helped me print noticed my label and mentioned that I could actually mail the package from the UPS Store right there! Saved me extra trips to find the right box and drop at USPS.

I have been returning Amazon items from this store at least 5 or 6 times at this store because it is closer to my house. Before I never had a problem. Last time I encountered Cinda, she tore the package open and said we don’t need you to tape the box. I didn’t think too much about it but her attitude was not great, more like lecturing me. Today I went for return Amazon items and did not tape the boxes. I showed the barcode on my phone. She raised her voice like I annoyed her. She said do you have Amazon account on your phone? The dark background will make scanner all dark. So I pulled out my Amazon account to let her scan the barcode. Before everyone UPS employees were able to scan directly from my phone even with dark background. I have never asked to pull out my Amazon account with such bad attitude. I really want to tell her, without me returning the stuff, you won’t have a job. So be respectful and be professional. Btw. While I was waiting in line, I saw her rolling her eyes at customer. I’m not sure what is issue but that should never happen. From now on I will rather drive further than go to this store again.

There was a time when I felt the customer service was going downhill here, but since 2020, a new team came in and the quality and service had gone back up, and the waiting time isn’t as long. The crew are friendly and helpful.

The old customer service lady that identifies herself as the "manager" and the only one able to perform the service I needed, was rude and yells over her co workers when you call to ask a question. When I mentioned a lady was yelling thru the phone, she got offended and walked out of the store to talk on her cell phone while I'm standing here waiting for my certified copy. Ok I had to edit this because she legit went outside and is smoking a cigarette while I'm standing here waiting. Edit #2: I left my name and phone number for the owner (Joe) with a different worker and SHE CALLED ME trying to get my complaint. I've screenshot other reviews about this particular employee and plan to escalate to corporate if "Joe" does not respond in a way that resolves this matter for future customers/victims.
