99% of time pharmacy too cloud. Not enough of staff. Long line to pickup or place the order, what's hard special for seniors people who don't have access to computer or don't know how to use computers. After you spend a lot of time in line and, finally, come to the window, receptionist can tell you: "sorry, but your medication has to be checked by pharmacists before you can pick them up and he/she not here yet. Please comeback at 1 hour or so". Nice?

Today i went in to refill my prescription they told me that i have a deductible of $900 so i went online to see what my deductible was and on the website says that my deductible is $99 I dont think they know what they are doing .. So i presented a good rx coupon and the lady that helped me said that they dont take coupons for narcotics…. So they are making me pay $198 .00 for my medicine….I think im changing pharmacies the lady here does not what she is doing… very poor customer service at the pharmacy!!!

I don’t usually write a review but this pharmacy in Concord is the worst!!! They don’t care about their customers! We waited for an hour to get a prescription only to find out that the pharmacist can’t prepare it anymore!!! They don’t have any sympathy even the customer is really in pain!!!! The most horrible thing is they are rude!!! They can’t even tell you nicely that they can no longer give you the medication! This is not the first time that they rejected us to get the medication! It’s not even their closing hour yet but they will say they can no longer prepare the medicine for you!!! Don’t go here! You will just waste your time! The pharmacist who should be nice is actually the rudest one there!!!!

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been too! Every time I am here for prescriptions, they have one person working and a line all the way down the isle! They do nothing to try and get people taken care of as if people have nothing else to do. One day it took an hour and a half in line to get my prescriptions! Don’t come here if you can advise it!
