Depending on when you go, you may get professionalism and good customer service. Sometimes they can be a little slow getting your order complete. Other times have been quite speedy. The Boberry Biscuits are ALWAYS on point. Overall, this place is hit or miss.

I may need to find another go to place. The steak was hard, the biscuit was hard and there was half an egg on my sandwich. I'm thinking if the workers spent less time on talking and more time preparing the food and providing good customer service the food could be better and customers would be more satisfied.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute worst location and will never return. Food was old, hard, cold and dry. The kid at the drive-thru shewed me away before I even had time to set my food in my seat. All while acting a fool and wearing AirPods. Pure class. Steer clear of this place!

This Bojangles has gone down in customer service; gave my order to the drive thru twice he repeated it; then when I came to the window the one in the picture told me I have to drive back around and give my order after waiting almost 15min in line; I told him I was not going to do that and if I did I would call the owner he told me he didnt care call the owner the short chubby manager jump in yelling from behind but never came to resolve issue; I kept telling him my order and kept arguing with me; it's like a ghetto gang in there; the owner need to clean house again! I drove away and my order was still not correct! Give these jobs to deserving people not do nothing kids!
