I had been beat the night before. I was then left by an ex with no cellphone ( we later found out he stole and was in his vehicle and arrested) in Leavenworth. I went into hospital on 36 hours of no water and food in Chrlan and in the sun rhat day and dya before and they denied me water. I think Maybe given my bags and mess of hair that day they assumed I was homeless when I live in Seattle, live on my own, am insured, and work a high paying job. This was one of the most degrading treatments I have ever experienced after domestic abuse and with no cell in a town two hours from my home. I was covered in scratylches and bruises. I was left to walk up the road with all my items to a restaurant and neighbor that treated me far better than this hospital that wouldn't even give me water!

We will be avoiding Cascade Medical in Leavenworth from now on. My boyfriend had an accident a few weeks ago, which involved a 3” nail accidentally getting shot into the meat of his neck, above his collar bone. It took them almost 2 hours from the time we checked in, to administer any type of pain medication (they only gave him Tylenol), and almost 3 hours in total before they gave the go ahead to have the nail pulled out. Most of the time we were left in the room, with little information or updates on anything.

Dr Merritt Rocks! She's always been very helpful throughout and she actually really does care about her patients and she actually takes the time to get to the bottom of symptoms and ailments. She's great! I would definitely recommend her services to My friends and family. She's been my and my husband's doctor for a few years and she's very trustworthy. I'm very thankful for Doctor Merritt' .

From the front office staff, to the nurses, lab techs and doctor everyone was so amazing, I’ve honestly never had better service. They made me feel calm, comfortable and taken care of. They did not rush me or make me feel just like a number. This place is one of a kind and while I hope I never have to go back this would be my #1 choice 100% of the time. Keep up the good work you guys are a blessing.

They are pretty quick about getting people in. Have to remember it's a really small hospital so it depends on how busy they are
