I have been with this pharmacy for years, probably at least 20. I rarely need medication but when I did they were efficient enough and friendly. More recently I have noticed extremely long lines and when I was in need of a RX quickly they really dropped the ball. I was told my RX would be ready by 2PM. The next day made a trip and waited in line only to be told it wasn't filled and they didn't have time to fill it. After reading the other reviews this seems to be the current level of service. This is not acceptable when you are talking about people's time and health. The grocery store here however has continued to provide good service.

Falkor Fable

If you're experiencing a panic attack and looking for your anxiety medication, the pharmacist will raise their voice at you, continue raising it when you ask them not to, hang up the phone, and block your phone number so you can't contact your own pharmacy. Genuinely, the people that work there are wasting air that they don't deserve.

I will only use this glisan location pharmacy. They have given me outstanding service for the past 7years. The staff is always professional and they work fast to get your order ready.

Please update your pharmacy hours online. I went to pick up my medication today at 6:15 and you guys were closed. Because of my work hours I will not be able to pick up my medication until Tuesday. That's not okay. My medication is something I need, and going several days without it is incredibly hard on me. Please consider how not updating your hours online can negatively impact a patients outcome.
