This was definitely a hole in the wall motel, but was super cute. Our room was clean, everything worked, seeing so many birds creeped me out. It reminded me of the movie, birds! But my husband said the owner feeds them I guess, so that’s cool. It was weird to us not having an actual AC unit, but the fan was great and worked. The TV took us a bit to figure out, because we don’t have cable/satellite so we had no clue what channels we were kids, and it took for ever to figure it out. I would recommend this place, it was great for the price.

Sure, you can save $100 a week to stay in this outdated skunk, ray, and bird hole and get a poor internet connection too, but is it worth it? No. It looks like a hotel that was built for poverty, but still isn’t the cheapest place in town.

Exactly what I needed and expected. a clean quiet room without any pretensions or unnecessary frills. A little tip for anyone on the way in, I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to get the hot water to work in the shower / tub. If you turn the valve one way, and let it run hoping it will warm up, and it doesn't (Like I did, for WAY longer then should have been necessary to figure out) just turn it the other way, the water gets good and hot. Be sure to close the bathroom door, or the smoke alarm might think your steam is actually smoke.
