This place is a game changer for the restaurant industry. The food is next level delicious. The salad? OMG…I’m in love! The chicken burger??? What!!!! Hello heaven! The Korean BBQ burger? My mouth is watering just thinking about it! The berry Sunday desert? Like an old fashioned berry pie…nostalgic. Their stocked root beer and cherry sodas are also next level. The best kid’s menu in town. If you want to impress your friends then take them here. So many happy plants all around. Great views. Lots of space for strollers/ wheel chairs. Just a perfect place to eat.

Stopped by this dog friendly brewery in Hood River during our recent trip there. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich, classic cheeseburger and hummus plate. They ran out of their salmon burger so could not try that out. The hummus plate was good and the fried chicken sandwich was decent. The sesame on the fried chicken gives it good flavor. I had to sauce up my sandwich with their hot sauce and mayo dip and it tasted good then. For drinks we ordered the white salmon saison (good) and the marionberry whiskey sour (which was delicious but dint seem like a whiskey sour.) all in all the drinks are better than the food here. They have huge outdoor seating where you can chill perfectly suited for larger groups or smaller ones. You place the order at the window and once your order is rwady ur buzzer will ring for you to pick it up. All in all good dog friendly place to have a chill time with friends.

Burger and fries done right! Nestled lovingly on a pretzel bun. Delicious. The attention to detail is incredible, even the ketchup was homemade! Great selection of beers, awesome view, lots of seating, great, fast service. Definitely stop by 🍻

The building is so architecturally beautiful and the views are amazing. You can look at both the Columbia River and Hood River from the large patio space complete with fire pit. There's order windows so you don't have to go inside if you are dining outside. At the bar inside you order at the counter as well. The stout float was delicious!

Yes, rather hidden. Fire pits outside. Nice people.
Friendly, leashed dogs are absolutely allowed on the patio. The bartenders have dog treats at the window too if you ask.
I went in January and they had a window to order at then a bunch of well spaced tables that were all outside on the second floor. When the order was ready you'd go to a different window to get your food.
Ferment was serving from their online menu dated 2019, as of October 2020 - and we were impressed with the quality of food and fresh-hopped beer. https://www.fermentbrewing.com/lunch-dinner
