Google asked me to update this, so I figured I would. This KFC has removed a lot of items from the normal/national menu. You know when things say "At participating locations" this is one of the locations they're talking about. They don't offer the famous bowl and instead offer a "Potato Bowl" They don't have Nashville Hot chicken at all. This also means they don't have the spicy mac and cheese bowl the app keeps telling me about. Everything seems to be more expensive here as well. At first, I was happy to hear that they had new owners. Now I just see employees that appear to be way overworked and not some of my favorite items. There is always just one person up front both taking orders and making the food for the people in the dining area, they don't get help, they just have to ask people in line to wait while they do what should be an additional person's job. It slows things down and I'm sure it's super stressful for the employee behind the counter. What they do have for food is good, but the missing items, price hikes, and waits in the dining room keep me away. KFC used to be my favorite fast food in town, now it's the last resort

The chicken was some of the best I've ever had, I'm still more of a Chick-A-Fil kinda guy but the the chicken was absolutely incredible, 8/10 would recommend

Taste on everything has changed from years ago, and price is ridiculous, not just this franchise it's across the board. Even Mac n cheese was terrible, boxed Mac n cheese I am embarrassed to say is way better and flavorful

One of Bend's freshest, hot & delicious fast food places. Due to the shortage of employees, like most places here, plan on waiting in line most visits but it's worth it.
