This place does a really good job, wets the vehicle, scrubs with soap on front and back and then puts it through the automotic area. Staff friendly Highly recommend .

THIEVES!!! I hate to leave a bad review because they do a good job cleaning the car. BUT THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS FROM INSIDE YOUR CAR!!! The first time they stole a sticker but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a couple weeks ago. This time THEY STOLE MY 10 YR OLD’s BRAND NEW WIRELESS HEADPHONES. We didn’t notice until a few days later when we suddenly couldn’t find his headphones anywhere. I had left them in the car when i took everything else out so my son could use them that day. I even give them a nice tip! Lol jokes on me I guess. NEVER AGAIN. I’m pretty sure I know which employee it was and I hope he gets whats coming to him. BEWARE EMERALD CAR WASH EMPLOYEES ARE THIEVES!!

Haven't had the best luck at this place in the last year but figured I would give 1 more try since it's close to my work..... I paid for the Emerald Ultimate Detail $34.99 Then asked about detailing the wheels(they said it wasn't included) a picture I will post will show different) They told me it was$5.00 a wheel=$20.00 Since you pay ahead of time and I was using a card, I tipped $10.00 Grand total= $64.99 Not happy at all!!

We take all our vehicles to be washed & clean at Emerald Valley Car Wash ( & except for 2 minor misses ) today they went above & beyond . I recommend them very highly & be sure to tip them good they do excellent work.
