So sad because I loved that this place was nearby and not too expensive. Today I was told to leave because my clothes weren’t washed there. A little embarrassing as I hand wash my clothes a lot, and I didn’t have any knowledge of that rule, but I guess I’ll be finding somewhere different.

One of the large washers stopped working as I was putting coins. I called the laundromat gave them my number and wrote down even my email and I still have not received a refund. On that same trip the dryers don’t seem to dry very well. I still had wet clothes when I left there. I find it hard to support a business that won’t refund you for services you don’t receive. Unfortunately, they won’t be seeing anymore of my business and I’ll travel the extra distance to where the equipment works and I get refunded if a machine doesn’t work. The place was clean, but no bathroom, no place to wash hands, and they expect you to not leave your laundry unattended.

Clean and not too crowded. They have quite a few of the double load and maxi washers which cuts my laundry time by hours! That's always worth a few brownie points. There's always an attendant on duty which helps to keep the place clean and safe. I was a bit humored by the "disrobing is not allowed sign. All in all, not a bad experience considering I was doing laundry.
