Super easy to use the kiosk - I was a bit worried at first when it said the type of key I wanted to copy wasn't very common and it would have to be mailed to me but it came quickly and discretely with absolutely no issues at all (and the key works great!).

Could not have been easier! For the past year, all the traditional key duplication places (Home Depot, BiMart, etc.) have been out of the proper "blank" to duplicate my mailbox key. With the KeyMe kiosk at Bed Bath & Beyond, I just inserted my original, and a duplicate was mailed to me! Year-long problem solved in just a few days. LOVED IT!

Made house keys. They worked beautifully. Kiosk asks for your fingerprint, but you don't need it to make your keys. Just press "still here."
