Every time I come here they get my order wrong. Even when they remake it. they still get it wrong. Staff is friendly but that doesn't mean anything if they can't read or make an order properly.

I don’t know why I’m placing this review it was just extremely frustrating. I always go to this Burger King and they always have excellent service. I’m not trying to be a Karen. But I pull up to the box and try to get a double whopper meal and they keep trying to give me whatever sort of cheaper special kids meal is going on idk. The dude keeps telling me it’s cheaper, yeah I get that but I don’t want chicken nuggets and a whopper jr it’s not what I’m ordering. I think this is the first time I’ve been legitimately upset by a restaurant and I don’t even know why.

Lobby is consistently closed due to staffing issues, or covid, or ??? On the plus side, I was able to risk my life walking the drive thru. 😅 food was good, and employees are nice though! Keep lobby open, and you'll have yourself a better rating next time I'm in.

Out of all the Fast Food I enjoy this one the most of course like all places not all of them have the same quality or the same good people as the one at the Gateway Area, they may be small but the get the orders out and correct quickly
