Would have given five stars but was a little expensive for just two people. Food was great service was good.

The employees did not acknowledge us. There was no cars in the drive-thru, or any customers in the lobby. My friend and I waited for about 3 minutes to be waited on. After my friend and I were discussing how none of the employees said welcome or we'll be with you in a second. They were busy making a sandwich for themselves, and talking about can't wait to get off work. My friend and I left!! Unprofessional.

It was great. They have the best coleslaw and brown gravy. I actually buy their coleslaw when I make pulled pork sliders, lol! The only thing about this location is that the front area where you stand to look at the menu seems to always be either sticky or kind of oily. It doesn't effect the food though, so take that as you will. Literally everything else was super clean looking, including the bathroom.

DON'T USE THE APP! We ordered through the app and it was a disaster. A lot of our order was missing and when I called the restaurant they gave me inaccurate information about the refund process by telling me that I had to do it through the app. I had to search the app to find out how to get a refund which directed me to go to the website. The website told me that there were no cities in Oregon with a KFC, and so it wouldn't let me report a problem through the website. So finally I had to call the KFC corporate phone number and wait on hold for a very long time because that was the only way to get a refund. Then I had to speak to two different people and wait on hold some more in between. All in all, it took nearly an hour of my time to get a refund for my missing items. Besides that, the chicken strips were completely terrible. They didn't even taste like chicken at all. I was convinced that they were the vegan imitation chicken (Beyond Fried Chicken) and my son had to show me the picture of the square pieces of Beyond Fried Chicken to convince me that I wasn't eating that. They were the worst chicken strips I've ever tasted. McDonald's has better chicken strips for less money. I don't know how KFC stays in business. Their food is terrible.
