This airport Budget location was quick and responsive for checkout and checkin. Cars are close by for pick up and dropping off. Definitely will use them next time.

Good customer service. Eugene Oregon Airport pickup. No problems picking it up and dropping it off. We didn't get the Corolla we asked for. We did get a Kia Forte. Good gas mileage

I flew out to Eugene, OR for a medical emergency -- my sister had had brain surgery. A friend in Eugene set up the car rental for me, but I paid for it on my credit card. When I picked up the car, the agent said I'd received a free upgrade because they didn't have the type/size car I had asked for. With my sister's condition changing drastically from day to day, I realized I needed to extend my stay and would need the rental car longer. When I called Budget, I was forced to go through their "automated attendant," and while I successfully extended the rental period, the final price was RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. I called again later that day and managed to connect to Budget's national call center, and the agent I spoke with said she could do NOTHING to lower my price. She said I would have to wait until I returned the car, then open up a case with their customer service department, and they would see about reducing the cost after the fact. She gave me the customer service number but insisted that nothing could be done until the car was returned. So, the next day, instead of taking care of my sister, I drove back to the Eugene airport, returned the stupid car, and immediately rented a car from the Enterprise counter for a rate that was more than $100 cheaper than Budget's! I will NEVER do business with Budget ever again. They were completely inflexible when I was already dealing with an extremely stressful situation, and their policies make no sense to me.

I had a smash and grab while parked at the Oregon coast and lost a window. Budget was willing to go above and beyond to bring me another car. They traded me a better car because that was all that was available. Roadside assistance and counter staff at Corvallis and Eugene super nice and easy to deal with.
