Total waste of time. I pulled up to the pump to fill my tank, inserted my credit card. The instructions said to go inside and see cashier. So I went inside, waited in line, and then they asked for the dollar amount of gas I'm trying to buy. I said I don't know, I'm trying to fill the tank. They said there is no fill option. I gave up and left, went down the street to Fred Meyer, filled my tank with no hassles and also saved 50 cents a gallon off the Chevron prices.

Not only did they start closing at 10pm out of the blue... They completely shut off the gas pumps (since the store was always made to be 24 hour)

We arrived at around 10pm which, to be honest is kinda late. The problem was the pumps weren't running and we needed gas. So, after checking half the pumps, went to tell the employees still there the pumps weren't working. While doing this we were told repeatedly we can't come in, they're closed, even though we didn't even want to come in. She was rather aggressive about it, too. She then showed us she understood what we were saying by telling us pump 7 was pumping, which someone else was already at. We waited for them to leave so we could use the pump but when we got to it, it was locked down just like the rest. This should not be so hard, gas is something that literally sells it's self. We barely got to the next gas station. This in addition to the other peoples' experiences means I am not giving that station my business.

Sounds like they need to change the pump filters... when they are not changed often it causes the pump to run slower as it has to push thro all that debris in filter. I worked at many gas stations where the extremely CHEAP owner would always push this off in a attempt to save money......great selection of drinks here tho.
