I have had nothing but good experiences with Arundel Ford. They sold me my first car that I needed to take a loan out for and were constantly helping me throughout my learning. The service department is full of the most amazing people, they worked every angle they could to get me the best price for my service and dealt with me calling about the most small and absurd things. Unfortunately my newest car will not be a Ford but I have let them know how much I'll miss their kindness and wonderful personalities.

Been a long time since I've bought a vehicle through a dealership. Recently purchased a lightly used Super Duty from Arundel Ford. I contacted the deal through an online car shopping site. Much to my surprise I received a quick reply from an actual person. Sales woman Kyleigh was exceptionally kind and quick to answer questions I had about a truck on the lot. She was very flexible to work with my schedule to be sure she was available when I came to see the truck. I had secured a loan prior to going to the dealer so the sale was seamless. Kyleigh was very accommodating and open during the process. My only hang up was shopping the extended warranty between Ford and what my bank offered. Kyleigh was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness and made multiple trips to send information to the bank. Tom the sales manager was also extremely helpful and honest guiding me to pick the right warranty for me. All said and done this was a very pleasant and dare I say fun buying experience. If you have never dealt with Arundel Ford before I highly recommend them. Kyleigh, Tom and I'm sure the rest of the sales team will be happy to help with your next vehicle purchase.

Purchased a newer used Ram truck. One of our largest purchases. Sam was easy going with no pressure. He and his team made the entire purchase process simple. Glad we purchased with Sam! Yes we lease many of our new models
Thank you for your question. First and foremost, healthy and safety is important to both our staff and customers. We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus. Our steps include: Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.
