Classic bait and switch. Walked in for the $15/mo plan as on website and got pitched +$50 per month because the "cheaper beds won't do anything except maintain an existing tan." And... I walked out.

I'm still on the fence about how I feel about this place. Santa brought me a membership this year. So I thought I'd lean into the experience and get some fancy lotion/cream. I bought the body lotion Sahara Jewel and some super snazzy face cream too. Got home and had everything but the face cream. When I inquired about it being possibly in a lost and found area I was abruptly shut down and told basically too bad and so sad for you, another customer probably took it. When I asked how was it possible that another customer could have taken it if they truly clean the rooms after each client. Don't they do that still?!? She said they did but that it wasn't their fault I left my product. She is 100% correct but a very unfortunate and costly introduction into how ya'll handle business.

This tanning location kept a old debit card of mine on file and started to charge it without my consent of knowledge after I had already canceled my membership with them. They were taking money out of my savings account and when I called to correct the issue they blew me off. They have horrible customer service, and are basically thieves. I would not under any circumstances return or advise anyone to become a member with them. They are highly untrustworthy do not make the mistake of giving them any of your information or card details!

They are amazing.. I had to move suddenly from Phoenix to Vancouver WA, 3 weeks prior my fiance had paid 3 months of Unlimited tans. We got here and we had to contact the management as it's a thing the employees not authorized. We followed the steps and it took some communication from here to there. Resulting in all Transferred here and started now. So we were very pleased and not just the money but the customer service and caring from all employees we contacted. Thank you!
