Super friendly and smiling staff greeted us immediately at the door. After a quick chat, they had us seated in no time! This was a very visually pleasing restaurant with great vibes. The outdoor seating looked awesome too! Place was packed! (I would recommend getting reservations!) We started by splitting the smoked salmon and avocado benedict. I get benedict’s everywhere to see where they stand on my scale. Let me tell you - the hollandaise here was INCREDIBLE!!! After asking for a side of more sauce, I dipped about everything I could into it and left nothing behind! (Photo below is one of our split portions) Next up was the Challah French Toast. Came with 3 generous slices of toast covered in huckleberry compote and bourbon caramel. But don’t forget about the vanilla gelato melting over the top. Bread was great, and the dish even comes with bacon! Win!! Wife got the Pancakes and LOVED them. They we’re very very tasty. Perfectly dense yet light and moist. House made lemon curd was nice and zesty! Went well with the compote! And this dish comes with bacon too! Drink order was an Arnold Palmer and Iced Coffee. The AP was perfectly balanced. Tangy yet sweet. And my iced coffee hit the spot. Chefs kiss’ Great job Elements Crew!

"Exquisite" is the best word to describe the dining experience at Elements. It is like dining in art studio. From the decor, lighting, wall arts, reclaimed wood, drinks, and delicious menu, you’ll be pleased to dine at this joint.

The Spanish fish stew ($40) was amazing! Tons of seafood complimented with spicy sausage in a tomato stew with a noodle base. Crab fondue ($28) was also really tasty. It says it serves 2 but we added extra bread and it was a perfect starter for 4. Creme brulee was underwhelming. The maple old fashioned delicious.

Elements was suggested to us and we weren't disappointed. The service was enthusiastic and helpful. The entrees were artistically presented and delicious. I had the King Salmon with mung beans and kale. My wife had the vegan roasted black futsu squash. The sauces for both dishes were awesome. If you're in Vancouver I highly recommend Elements.

We have wood round tables at the front of our restaurant that is only for 2 people. We set up long tables for large parties. Just request a table by the window
Masks required when not at your table. Employees wear masks. Tables disinfected between parties. Tables separated by 6+ feet
We do not have ravioli on the menu right now, but we do make our raviolis from scratch. Thank you for the question
