This building is the epitome of everything wrong with the state of Oregon and this country as a whole. Waited 3+ hours to be turned away almost immediately, staff was very cold and unapologetic. If you value your time or state of mind steer clear of this bureaucratic abomination.

So I'm making this a double share and I include Hayden Meadows in my assessment. Both these DMV's do not sweat the small stuff! Just be casual and real with them and it has been my experience that they will show you their true humanity and they have been pretty cool with me on multiple occasions, like when I had to go back to my car and look around for a few dollars to pay the fee and was sent back to the head of the line when I came back another time I got help with an address issue; I recommend.

I went on a Friday morning and was done in about an hour and a half. I think that's pretty good considering it's a Friday. It wasn't that busy the only reason it took so long is because of the other people having appointments. The people working there were friendly and efficient making going to the DMV less stressful. If need be I would go to this one again.

Man at check in desk told me “you don’t need an appointment, but it will be about an hour to an hour and a half wait after you take a number” No problem, it’s expected to have to wait at the DMV- However, in total it was actually almost 3 hours. They seemed to only be helping people with appointments, maximum of 4 clerks at any given time, and for about 45 minutes straight not a single number was called. If you are only helping those with appointments why not just say that? Everyone who helped me was very nice and professional, and I’m sure it is not their fault but this location seems EXTREMELY poorly run. If possible it would be a good idea to find a different DMV for your needs, you will probably save yourself some trouble.
