Overpriced! A 15 min job at the most putting a clasp on bracelet for a birthday gift cost more than the gift. Had to leave bracelet there the first time & when I picked it up it was not suitable for me to even put on. As for explaining, the Associate didn't understand what I was saying and I do speak English. Very disappointed and had previously purchased jewelry there but will not be Back!

I can't say enough about this place and the great people who work there. I have a "vintage" ring that I will treasure for the rest of my life. Republic was helpful and the jeweler so knowledgeable .- he was able to go the extra mile to make it fit my arthitic finger comfortably. I am thrilled. Not an "easy to please" customer, I had been looking for months both locally and online. This ring had to be as perfect , as special and as unique as the relationship it is meant to celebrate. Really liked this coin shop. Lots of selection at reasonable prices. I wish the owner had been in because it would have been nice to meet him. Everyone was nice and patient allowing plenty of time for me to browse and talk. Even the customers were nice. Had a great conversation while hunting through bins of coins.

Appraisal cost would depend on what you were looking for. if you are looking to sell it we would let you know the value we would pay and that would be free. if you want a photo appraisal typed up with description for insurance company, then that is $50. Yes we can do that. There is a fee depending on what you need. Testing starts at $10 and a full appraisal for insurance with the testing would be $40.
Definitely never clean any coins you think maybe of value. In general wheat pennies are worth $0.02 a piece. There are a few rare dates which we could make you a list if you want to stop in. They are scarce enough where we normally will not sort through wheat pennies looking for them but if you want to spend the time you can look through them.
