David was very helpful. He took extra time to show unit and explaining process and billing etc. Even though we got there just before closing and kept him well after, he still took all the time we needed. I would refer this unit and David to my friends and family.

This place is great! It’s well maintained, the prices are reasonable, and there are carts available for use. However, what really sets it apart is David. He is kind, professional and very knowledgeable. He came to our rescue when our lock malfunctioned and I cannot express my gratitude enough.

It was good experience until they jacked up the rent by 66%. No, I didn't sign up for a low introductory rate. Their reasoning? Market conditions, inflation, and a few other buzz words. I seriously doubt their costs of doing business increased in 4 months. The cost of property taxes, labor and utilities haven't increased by that much. They jacked up their rent because they could. Sounds like price gouging.

The managment for this facility is great, but the company kept hiking up the price. The last price increase was for $50.00 a month! For a storage unit! That was finally too much, we built a storage shed and told Extra Space what they could do with their unit. I do not recommend them to anybody. The only reason they get two stars is the property manager is a nice guy who seems to genuinely care.
