Laura is absolutely amazing. I started going to her about a year ago after a co-worker recommended her for my aches and pains. Massage therapy was fairly new to me and I was nervous for my first appointment. Once I met Laura I immediately felt more comfortable. She truly cares and takes the time to listen to how you are feeling and what she can do to make the experience exactly to your liking. Every appointment with her is a treat as it is relaxing while treating my tight muscles and headaches. My experiences have been so positive that I convinced my husband to see her and he, too, has seen great benefits with his own wrist issues.

Her work and advice are always grounded in knowledge of anatomy and physiology (and more esoteric vibes if that's what you want). I've been seeing Laura at Elemental Work for about 5 years now, and though I've been receiving massage for about 20 years, she's absolutely won my loyalty. Laura has this way of finding points in your body that you didn't even know are causing pain in other areas and then is able to relieve the entire web. Laura is very aware of body shyness, and gently tucks and pins the cozy blankets throughout the session providing a safe, secure, respectful, and comfortable experience. She listens to your concerns and needs, and addresses them with as much or as little pressure as you want, consistently checking in to make sure you're comfortable. You'll love her, and her work, I couldn't recommend anyone better.
