Recently got a flight featuring a new kombucha, beach rose which was light and refreshing with a notable but not excessive rose flavor. Also got the blueberry, lavender and strawberry rhubarb. Came across their ginger kombucha at a nearby market and eagerly awaited visiting their brewery in person during our short trip to Portland. Rustic/laidback, blended indoor/outdoor space, plants, and mixed crowd, plus some board games and shuffle board to get you in a good mood. Bathroom clean and seems only 1 person working the taps but was very efficient. Great experience.

Many flavors of delicious hard and 1% kombuchas. Great environment to hang out. Friendly to adults, kids, and dogs. A few parking spots right out front.

Root Wild kombucha was a fun and refreshing experience in the busy city of Portland! As soon as we got close to the building, it stood out, looking much more modern and sleek than the surrounding brick buildings. Upon entry, there was no line and some stools to supplement outdoor seating. My group ordered the flight, an extremely affordable sampler of 4 cups of 5 ounce kombucha for 10 dollars. All of the flavors we tried were wonderful: the punchy flavors hit just the right notes and was perfectly tangy such that even a kombucha newbie like myself could enjoy it :) All in all, it was an amazing (and affordable) experience: I'm definitely coming back!
